May your child be born healthy. May he or she be attractive and know much love in his/her life. May your child be intellegent and understand the world better than most. May your child be born with the light of god in it`s heart constantly being kind to others bringing light into the lives of those who live in darkness. May your child be healthy, and invest in his/her future with regluar visits to the gym, constant attention to diet and propper nutrition. May your child bring joy to you, exceeding expectations and breaking barriers.
And may you do the best that you can. To be perfect when you are tired. To be just when you are feeling vengful. Be strong when your feeling tired. Be sober when your feeling drunk and be relaxed when your feeling "holier than thou". May you love his/her first boyfriend/girlfriend even though you know it`ll never last. May god grant you with the ability to be perfect, because he can and just might if you ask him propperly.
No matter what love your child like he/she was the messiah because if you do then perhaps all of the abovie can become true.

Well, my first born has the family name from my father's side. It's a Scandinavian name from Denmark where my dad's ancestors came from. So, I'm leaning that direction but then again I may go into my mom's ancestry and use a name. One of my mom's ancestors was the "Gray Ghost". Seeing as how you are from the south I'm sure you know who he was. My mom also had some other interesting ancestors so I'm not sure. Since my wife's dad had no sons I have his last name to my first son. So, I'm trying to keep both heritages alive.Originally posted by kite

Thank you guys, and girls, for the kind words. Now I just have to get my wife into see a psychologist. I'm not going through the bi-polar split personality stuff I went through last time. And this isn't a stabe at the wife, she will tell you the same. It was like Jekyl and Hyde. I walked on egg shells for 6 months. Not this time, she can go get herself some happy pills and be done with it. I'm told that pregnant women can take something to boost seratonin levels without effecting the baby.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
