I like the Honda Ridgeline myself. Add some nice rims and tires and you have a damn sweet truck.

I like those trucks they are cool as hell but too damn expensive for what they offer. I talked to a guy today and am going to look at an 03'F250 on Fri.

Personally I'm a Chevy man. Unfortunately you take your chances with any of them these days. They all have there problems. None of them are as solid as years ago.

Funny how there is less positive than there is negative names. HAHAHA

                        Plus I wouldn't be bragging it's a rebuilt Dodge.

If im not mistaken the RLS, which is the top of the line Ridgeline runs around 32K brand new, but that is fully loaded with navigation, electric sunroof, and about every other option. You could prob get a demo or used for 25K or less, with not much miles on it tho. I just think the quality and engineering in Honda or even Toyota are so much better than Ford or Chevy.

Honda's aren't all they are cracked up to be. I won't argue with Toyota's as they are very good quality but lack in the looks department.

Honda's are holy overrated! I know many people that have had more problems with their honda's then I've ever had with my Chevy's. My Ford on the other hand went through 2 transmission by the time I hit 45,000 miles. Many say it's the way I drive, but if that's the case how come no other car has done that to me?

I'm in the process of getting a new truck and it has come down to either that one or a 2003 2004 F-150 with the FX4 package. I'm more partial to the chevy's but a few people have told me to stay away from them because they are just not reliable. Consumer report's also said that the 03' Z71 were def. not a good buy as far as reliability is concerned.

I know daved is in the car business. Maybe someone can chime in here with some feedback PLEASE....
sorry i missed this bro....well, in my opinion, yes the chevy has had prob's with 03's (and 02's for that matter) and there is a reason why the ford f150 is the number 1 selling truck in the country. the overall ownership cost is less. there is absolutley no arguing about it. the cost for repair on the gm is more. the cost of the unit is usually more. the payload for workers is less on the gm. the towing capacity on the gm is less. it's a nice daily driver. a good family truck, and nice for the wife (my wife perfers the ride of her 04 f150 to that of her 01 gmc) i'm in usedcars. i've owned infinities, gm, ford, dodge...but i wouldnt, at this time, buy anyother truck, other than an f150. no doubt, the most bang for the buck for a work/personal vehicle. now, if your thinking of racing it, go with the chevy. it's not geared for work, it's not set up for work, so it's alot fast off the line. or, get the dodge daytona truck if payload, and "working" your truck is not the priority...hope this helped. it is only an opinion, and some may say biased at that, but i have no name plate i stand behind. they all build nice cars, and they all have there junk.
