well it goes back and forth, most law enforcement agencies say that its not legal but the companies that are making it are using the court case that was in utah that said the DEA/FDA had to prove it was dangerous but since it could not the company was allowed to make it. So its just depends on who you talk to.

One company was raided and the owner said that the dea took about a million dollars worth of profits but they were able to replace the stock that was taken within a few hours.

Check your usual places to get it from and you'll see most if not all , is out of stock. I found out from trying to place an order at my usual place.

$20 bucks says the DEA confiscates it then sells it to hospitals to turn a profit! I swear the government is just legal organized crime!
