Melatonin is good sometimes, but others it just don't do the trick. There are many factors that go into insomnia. Are you stressed out, if so try not to make a big issue out of worrying about something that perhaps you can not control. Also, testosterone can cause cortisol inbalances, which sometimes holy basil can help in evening out. It is a relatively cheap herb in capsule form that you can pick up at any supplement store. I would also pickup some 5HTP, it will really help you in sleeping, imo it is better that melatonin with ppl that have a really hard time sleeping. What time of the day also are you taking the AMPED?? Maybe try to lower the scoops to 1 or 1-1/2 instead of 2. Avoid alcohol and caffine, and try to get to bed at decent hrs or at least go to bed at the same time every day and get up at the same time. Irregular sleep patterns kinda go hand and hand with ppl who don't get to bed at regular times. I talk to many very old ppl being my dad is 91yr, and if you ask most of these old folks whats the secret to long life they will tell you, no alcohol, no smoking, no stress, and going to bed early and raising early at the same times every day.
