SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT PLAN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IS TO SAVE YOUR $ WHEN IT COMES TO HER. SHE WONT CARE ABOUT THE GIFTS (OH, SHE'LL USE THEM, MAYBE EVEN TO TAKE HER "FREIND" TO LUNCH!) SHE'LL CONTINUE TO PUSH FOR THE FREIND. I WOULD APPEAL TO THE PARTNER WITH THE MAJORITY SHARE...IF YOU CAN AFFORD SPIFFS, DO IT IN "SERVICE REBATES" FOR DISCOUNTS ON YOUR SERVICES INSTEAD. EVERY FOURTH APPRAISAL FREE, OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINE TO GIVE THEM INCENTIVE FOR MULTIBLE APPRAISALS. OR AN EASY $500 REBATE (OR WHATEVER) DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY FOR EVERY 4TH APPRAISAL....YOU GET WHAT I'M SAYING

Now you are talking. I could say that everytime I get 4 appraisals in one calendar month they will get the fourth one for free. They usually only do 3-4 deals a month so that would pretty much get me all of them. If I know these guys, they will love that idea and there is no way she can afford to do that because she will have to pay her supervisor out of her own pocket. Very nice! I'm going to put it in play next week and tell them it starts July. And, I will put it in writting so they have the assurance. This is a sure way to push her out.
