I love Japanese food! I love the kick wasabi gives the shushimi!!! The ginger adds just the right amount of flavor to it!!! Man you're making me hungry!!!!

Oh yeah the ginger kicks ass!!! I dip my Sashimi in a mixture of white rice vinager and low sodium soy with some wasabi on the side. Ok my mouth is officially watering.

Had some last night sashimi is the shiznits ! And also had the other sashimi that was even more awesome killed 2 birds one stone !

Looks really good to me. I eat it at work about every other day, grosses all the girls out. Did you eat rice with it? I dont know if I've tried squid before. When I went to Vegas a few months back a friend and I ate at Shabuya in the MGM grand we got a HUGE sampler it was so good! Only thing I didnt like was the Sea Urchin, ugh tasted like slime. Oh and we washed it down with a few Kirin Ichibahn.

Yeah, I took this pic at my house, you can see the remote and my Lilo and Stitch mug in the top corners. I can`t do the Sea Urchin thing either, super fresh is different but super fresh is rare. I bought that at the store for about $3.60, and I washed it down with Kirin. Too many though, now I have a hangover and it`s leg day, oops.
