Just sold my gym!

Escrow closes in 40 days and i will an unemployed beach bum WOOOOOOOO!!!!

I got a 75k down payment and i will carry the rest for 6 months. I will be getting monthly interest only payments on the remaining $ for that 6 months.

so in light of this news i will be announcing my stepping down as post ***** extreme...


I will be officially retired in 40 days baby!!

I sold a couple properties about 8 months ago and then put my gym up for sale about 6 months ago....


the money i have now ( or will have) will allow me to do things i want to do for fun and make money on the side...so its not work and its not a job and i really don't have to do anything if i don't feel the need.

the only thing i see in my future as a "job" will be winning survivor lol AND I WILL WIN!

My dad is 71 yrs old....he has retired 3 times. He always comes back after about a month of having said retired because he says he misses the interaction with ppl/his friends.

^ welp...while you're doing that...would you please pick me up that lil mickey mouse head that you put on the end of your car antenna. Last year when I went to Disney World...I wanted to get one so bad but everybody I was with ragged me about it and so I didnt get it

Congrats man, but like McKenzie was saying it prolly won't last. I'd prolly last 6 months or so but I'd go stir crazy after the newness wore off, lol.

naw man i'm good. I have a honey do list thats backed up about 5 years and i'll be adding onto my house and renovating the inside... and i have one hell of a vacation coming my way!

I'm good for a solid year on that alone lol
