How do you guys think America will do? I watched Eng. play Para. close this morning. If not for a lucky free kick by Beckham they might still be playing. I find that a little disappointing that they didnt wax Paraguay's booty.
I just watched the Holland/Serbia game... two hours in front of the TV 0-1.
DUDE IT WAS ABOUT AS EXCITING AS WATCHING CSPAN EXCEPT THAT CSPAN MOVES A LITTLE FASTER.
I`m sorry but TV just doesn`t catch the game like it does for football (US) or baseball. Same for ice hockey, watch a game on TV, then go to a game and you`ll know what I mean.

Not to be disrespectful to you brother in any way but those comments you wrote should not be used to make "fun" of the "worlds most popular game".
You cannot tell me that american football (superbowl), nba finals or world series are more exciting then the world cup.. 6 billion follow this event and other events UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, EUROPEAN CUP, INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE...
USA is also starting to notice this.. ranked 5th in the world.. you go to any soccer live match and spend 90 minutes watching..then go to american football match or mlb , nba and compare.
Well, yeah I`m joking of course. Nobody in their right mind doubts soccers popluarity, but that`s not my point.
The TV doesn`t capture the game well. If you GO to a soccer (or hockey) game it is so much different, much more exciting. Football and baseball because of how game play proceeds are much more completely captured on TV.
So if you ask me which is more exciting to watch on TV, I`ve got to stick with football. Having said that... Go USA! I hope we win.
my dad and my mom are into soccer big time and tehy said: top 3 gonna be between brazil, italy and germany
Yep I think your parents are right I am wanting Germany to win but Brazil is amazing.
On another note I dont know if anyone watched the US and czech. I turned it on 30 min. into it and the US was down 3 goals already WTF the US got stomped on
Itlay is killing Ghana 2-0 with only 5 minutes left! Poor Ghana should of got 2 penalty shots but the ref wasn't calling anything that would aid Ghana!!! I think The ref is being threaten by the Mafia!!!
