No guys, I'm not talking about that first time, I'm talking about when you first started seriously lifting.
For me, it was last winter. I just finished a brutal football season, and wasn't going to let anybody push me around on the field again. So I went and got a smith machine and started hitting the weights. We'll see how it goes this season...
STARTED LIFTING WHEN I WAS 15. TOOK IT SERIOUSLY IN MY MID 20'S

Started about 14 years old. Trained to play football.
Went serious at about 17, hoped to play college ball.
Have continued lifting since then. Am now at 48 and going strong
Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!
Started at 21. I was sick of being ridiculously skinny. The guys at the gym would call me blade because they said when I turned sideways I'd disappear. It was funny I'll admit but it definitely motivated me to get bigger. Now 5 years later and nearly 70lbs heavier I'm still going at it!
Started at about 14, quit for a couple years, started again at 17 and have been going strong ever since. Was always very serious with my training, but didn't get the diet part down until I was about 24. It is frustrating to think where I would be if I knew then what I know now about dieting.

been off and on since 15. my first 2 years were religous though. my only downfall this entire time has been my diet....thats rough. when you gain good size your first two years off double quarter pounder meals supersize for PWO meal....that won't last very long. being a fast food junkie + working out = size...but not quite what you're after. i've built a hell of a frame, just gotta shed some shit off if ya know wut i mean
Hey, I never saw a skinny bodybuilder before - eat away!

I started at 15 as well for football and wrestling in high school, but wasn't serious until I was about 19 and been going strong ever since.
