  • Mongolian BBQ

Who's had it? I had a buddy take me and it was nothing like I was expecting. I was expecting BBQ. It's like a buffet of fresh veggies and raw meats that you put together how ever you want, add what ever sauces you want and then they cook it on one of those huge Japanese grills. It's done in like 2 minutes. I put chicken, beef, pork, onions, mushrooms, pinapples, and othere veggies that I can't remember, some of the hot peppers and two of the sauces. OMG, that was one of the best meals I ever had. You pay by the bowl and you can have as much as you can get in that bowl. It's a hell of a lot of food too. If you see a place that offers Mongolian BBQ I strongly suggest you give it a try. However, my buddy, who eats at these places everytime he travels, says that the ones that look like holes in the wall are ALWAYS the best. He says the ones that are huge restaurants, in his experience, are not as good.

Absolutely amazing stuff. I always heap the bowl with beef, then stick as many noodles as will fit on the top...

Alright, I'm gonna go change my pants now...

I don't know what the bowls look like at the place you guys go but the bowl I got I over filled it and barely finished it. I don't know how some of you could need more than one. LOL

I had it in Iraq. It is pretty common over there. I thought it was pretty good.
