If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
oh yeah, and don't be afraid to lean into that walk...at an incline that high it should almost feel like lunges (depending on your height...maybe that's just for my short self )...go for it! and report back

Bro just did that shit today without holding onto the bar. I started sweating after 6 minutes instead of the usual 20 miinutes. I couldn't make it to 1hr. I stopped at 35 minutes. I sweated a lot more than I ever have using the treadmill. Awesome workout bro!!!
See I need more than 30 mins. I don't start sweating until about 20 minutes so that is why I like to stay on for 1hr. I'll have to try a lower speed without holding on. 23lbs lost but no abs yet!!!

15 incline?? What kind of treadmill are you using Mike?? On a Lifefitness 15 incline would almost be vertical, lol! and no hand on the rails? How LONG did you stay on it to burn and how many days a wk? I don't have time for 1hr of cardio a day.
i think its called lifetiness, i will find out for u 2day when i go the gym..yes no rail either... i did one hr a day for one week and another 30mns 7 days a week for 2 weeks and dieting, i mean no cheating and bam abs are everywhere
