    oh yeah, and don't be afraid to lean into that walk...at an incline that high it should almost feel like lunges (depending on your height...maybe that's just for my short self )...go for it! and report back

        Bro just did that shit today without holding onto the bar. I started sweating after 6 minutes instead of the usual 20 miinutes. I couldn't make it to 1hr. I stopped at 35 minutes. I sweated a lot more than I ever have using the treadmill. Awesome workout bro!!!

                    i think its called lifetiness, i will find out for u 2day when i go the gym..yes no rail either...
                    i did one hr a day for one week and another 30mns 7 days a week for 2 weeks and dieting, i mean no cheating and bam abs are everywhere
