    I don't think they would be allowed to run the credit card numbers again and charge more for the same purchase.

        Their mistake, their loss.


        The customer is not responsible for the price whether it's mismarked or not.

        If they go back and try to charge them again they will have a lawsuit slapped on them so fast it wouldn't be funny.
