        7am - 4 slices of extra lean Turkey ham
        10am - Muscle milk protein shake
        12pm - 2 slices of extra lean turkey ham and 1pc of chicken breast with bar-b-que sauce

        2 pm - plan on eating 2 slices of extra lean turkey ham and 1 piece of chicken thigh with bar-b-que sauce.

        not sure after that!

            Havent eaten much. Stupid girls fault. Haha.

            So far just a bowl of fiber one and a chicken breast washed down with 2 glasses of diet green tea.

              7:30pm - Peanut brittle!!! (just screwed up my low carb diet)

                6:30 am- 8 jumbo eggs (2 whole, 6 white)
                16 oz. cran juice
                1 cup oats
                1 scoop protein podwer
                2 cups water

                9:30 am- 7 oz. tuna
                3/4 cup brown rice
                2 tbsp flax oil

                12:00- 9 oz. ground beef
                1/2 cup veggies

                2:30- muscle milk

                4:30- 9 oz. ground beef
                1/2 cup veggies

                7pm- train

                8:30- 2 scoops protein powder
                1 scoop dextrose
                2 cups water

                9:30- 2 chicken breast
                mixed arugula salad

                i may stop there; trying to lean out!!!!
                so fresh and so clean clean

                  2 chicken breast stuffed with spinach and low fat feta cheese, wrapped in turkey bacon. Brown rice with mushroom sauce. cottage cheese and blackberries for desert. im chewin on almonds now

                    Meal 2 - Chicken breast
                    Training
                    PWO protein Shake, 100grams Dextrose
                    Meal 3 chicken breast, protein shake
                    Meal 4 Steak and brocolli

                    Damn I hate dieting .

                      the first 3 items i highlighted, i'd drop completely. don't need em.

                      now, with the dextrose pwo, how many g's are in each scoop? i'd shoot for about 75-100g.
