i swear it seems like i can not get hydrated i feel thirsty all the time? anyone experiece this also?

Nope. All I can suggest is to drink more. Is this an ongoing issue or has something changed recently that might be effecting you? -

Out of the blue? Wierd. Yeah I guess drink more water or maybe you just need something with some taste? I drink a Crystal Light here and there and that refreshes me. Well Im off to my buddies house for some grub, good luck.Comment

Any other symptoms?? Excessive thirst is one sign of diabetes....
I also read too much MSG/aspartame can cause sudden thirst even if you drink alot of water...

I came to this post because I misread the title. I thought it said "beer drinkin 2 gallons." I thought we were startin a club for those who drank 2 gallons of beer in one sitting and I was coming to join because I have multiple time.Comment

Weird! I'd do as Mick-G said and go see a doc. I know Ruby Red grapefruit juice makes me super thristy for some reason, but once I don't drink it, I'm fine!NO PAIN, NO GAIN

This is somewhat but i feel the need to say it.
last year a college student attending Chico State died due to an overdose of water. yes, WATER!
He didn't drink booze so he was intiated into his frat house with water....kinda scary, really.Comment
