        Damn those wraps sound pretty good.

        I just got up, eating fiber one honey clusters and Im about to scramble some eggs. Then off to work. I think I eat almost the same thing ED, I live alone and if I buy too much food, it goes bad.

          8 - am metrx protein shake - 9 am. egg beaters wrap with veggies.. 3 slices of toasted wheat bread, a glass of cranberry juice..

          will have a shake around 12 pm.

                6:30 am- 8 jumbo eggs (6 white, 2 whole)
                16 oz. cranberry juice
                1 cup oats
                1 scoop protein powder
                2 cups water

                9:15 am- 10 oz. chicken breast
                1 cup brown rice
                32 oz. water

                11:45 am- 8 oz 96/4 ground beef
                1/2 cup broccoli/snow peas
                32 oz. water

                2:15 pm (will be)- 8 oz 96/4 ground beef
                1/2 cup broccoli/snow peas
                32 oz. water

                4:45 pm (will be)- 1 muscle milk

                7 pm- train

                8:30 pm- 2 scoops protein powder
                1 scoop dextrose
                2 cups water

                9:30 pm- 2 chicken breast
                mixed greens salad w/gorgonzola

                11:30 pm- 7 oz. tuna
                2 tablespoons flax oil
                so fresh and so clean clean
