breakfast: 8:00am
bagle bagle breakfast wrap... damm these things are sooo good, and very good on the go.... and can easily keep me full until noon.
1 big tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, 2 mcdonalds style hash browns, ham and cheese... served with salsa. not super healthy, but also not bad and can easily be worked off during the day. I like to eat my less healthy grub in the AM as it can be worked off.
I will edit and fill in the rest of my food as the day goes on.
by the way... i think this thread is a great idea... it allows newbies to search and see how we are eating.. and it gives the regulars new ideas for food.

1. Bowl Fiber One Honey Clusters, 1% milk, 4 hard boiled eggs....I was in a rush
2. 50 gram protien 25g malto 25g dex shake
3. 2 chicken breasts, sweet potato and spinach leaf salad with ginger sesame vingerette (awesome dressing)
4. 1/2 can black beans full can albacore tuna, ginger sesame dressing and some chili sauce
5. same as #2
6. dont know yet
I drink a lot of water during the day along with milk and Arizona Diet Green tea.

Ive been so lazy the last 2 days been eating protein bars and eating out ! Just one of those days where you dont feel like cooking or making anything will get back tommorrow !"Workout each rep till I drop the uglyiest , meanest face"
