It looks good, the colors are pleasing to the eye, its FAST, well organized, the boss(Gearedup) handles himself very professionally and I like the diverse personalities of the mods.
Aragorn - helpful, not defensive, not judgemental, open-minded, respectful and the fastest post editor ever.
BigJim - king post*****, funny, knowledgeable, takes jokes well & helps with dissing BOUNCER.
Basskiller - knows his stuff, sarcastic, has hot chick in avatar, takes too much fina, etc...
BOUNCER - (no comment), nah just kiddin bro: funny, has roid-rage, jealous, possessive, angry, stole my gf, has hair on his back, will find a needle in a haystack, oh yeah and doesn't put up with no bs from the newbies and scammers!!!
