All my ideas are already taken! LOL, I agree with the suggestions of Aruba and Grand Cayman. I've hear that Aruba is one of the safest places in the Carribean, despite the high profile murder case. And Grand Cayman is amazing. I have been there a few times and I am always blown away by its beauty. I might be concerned about living in the "off season" though. And the cruise ship is a good idea. People go on cruises all year long I believe.

Yeah but areant most tropical islands warm year around? I didnt think there was much of an off season.

Cruise boat sounds good. There are plenty of nice islands in the caribbean. If you speak french you could try, Martinique, Guadeloupe or St. Martin. Very nice islands!

Just english and some spanish.

Bad thing about cruise ships is if im not mistaken, fronicating with the customers is not allowed and you can loose your job by getting involved with them. Id stick to an island.

Yeah that what they say at every place I've worked at. My managers have seen me out with people I meet that come into the restaurant and girls I work with. I think this is a rule at most places just to cover thier own asses. Its not like I would be on a cruise ship making out with guests at the bar. I usually have em wait till the end of the night and we go out or something.

No, Crombie...I think it is actually company policy by these ship companies, not like your manager telling you something on the side. They have it in writing as part of the application.

Well I pretty much decided the Grand Cayman. Not so sure now though, thier livings costs are through the roof. Im not sure I can make $1500-$2500 US rent!!
