The worst thing EVER....is this pre surgical c o c ktail we give to the pregnant mom's before their C-section to avoid any vomiting after anesthesia and/or possible sedation.....its DISGUSTING! I cannot begin to tell you what it tastes like...its like hot throw up...it burns going down...its sour/bitter...NASTY

Supposedly it clears up you acne.
You can get some at any grocery store.
Best way supposedly is 1-2 tablespoons per day.
