I was at NeimanMarcus yesterday and noticed a Dolce & Gabbana t-shirt for $180.00. The sales lady asked if I needed help and I just started laughing because of the phucking insane price of a t-shirt. She thought I was being a dick - maybe... yes - but $180.00 for a t-shirt that looks like it's been worn and washed a zillion times??? NO PHUCKING WAY!!!

I never understood the point to buy a shirt that expensive. Just because it has a millionaire's name on it? That millionaire doesn't give a shiznit about me. Why should I wear his or her shirt for $180 when I can wear a Wal-mart shirt for $8?
Pointless to buy crap like that. Do people think that everyone stops on the street and says "Hey that woman has a Prada purse, or that guy has a Dolce & Gabana shirt!" "I really want to be like them!" NO! Noone really gives a shit what the brand is. I buy things based on how they look. If it's an $8 Walmart shirt or a $80 Vizinni shirt I'll buy what looks nice. But who the f@*k cares what the damn name is!
I buy 300 jeans all the time for 50....diesel,true religion,paperdenim,hudson,prps (normally 400) prada shirts,versace BLAH BLAH. The only thing is the ability to get addicted is very easy...
I go to needless markups, marshall fields , find out all the hot brand s I like then go to ebay and buy them for 20% of their ridiculous costs
Yeah I have a couple pricey articles of clothing but I would never pay that much for a t unless I was way rich and didnt have anything better to do with my $$.

Exactly man. I wear white t-shirts and jeans most of the time unless I go out for the evening somewhere and then Ill dress up nicer. Most girls I know say its all about how you wear the clothes as to whether or not it looks good. I get hit on quite often wearing 5 year old t-shirts and mismatched pants, but I look damn good in it.
