If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
So today i tried that 20 reps squat routine... so i loaded the weght i could do for 10 reps.. and did it for 20 reps w/ rest paus.. by 10 i was dead... by 12 i was like fuk i dunno if i can make it... 12-20 it was just life and death... any how i finish it up and wait for a few min then do 15 more reps same weight...
and thats it.. ran to the washroom and puked my ass off lota water came out ...
hahahhahaha i did the exactly same thing last october! ... i ran to the washroom, and as soon as i ripped the door open, i saw puke like a rainbow come out of my mouth and hit the stall door... it was so terrible... the whole washroom was messy...
i made a mistake that day eating like an hr before going to the gym...
i brought my friend to do chest with me oen day (thought he coudl handle it) after jsut doin d/b presses and flyes on inclien we went to to flat bench flyes and presses then i see him run his ass off to the trashcan and jsut blew that fucker up the whoel gym stunk it was horrible lol and i still ahdnt even hit the machines or cabels yet
When I do 20 rep squats I only do 80% of my normal work weight. I don't think it's safe to do 100% of your work weight. It makes it too hard to keep form strict. I ruptured a disk a few years ago - let me tell you, after back surgery you tend to try and keep the risks to a minimum...

People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

That routine is fuckin killer!! I tried it too and had the same reaction!! I didn't think there was anyway in hell i could get 15-20!! I felt like my legs were spaghetti!!
