Nutrition. Started eating right after 10+ years of beer and junk food. The results were I lost about 40# of fat. What you eat is the most important thing besides time. If you've got the patience to keep training and learning you will get pretty far. I've browsed a lot of other boards for about 1 1/2 years and one of the things that always kind of stuck in my mind was all the guys who did gear and didn't eat right. They looked like me before I started eating right.So be sure that you are makin the best of what that you have

Nutrition is by far the most important ingredient!! Without proper nutrition, you will never reach your goals!! Everything hinges on nutrition. If you are training, you can't gain muscle without eating!! If you are using AS, it won't do any good unless you are eating enough calories. Even if you are a gentic freak, it could be hidden under fat if the diet is not in check. Can you imagine how many pro bodybuilders are probably out thare covered in fat and don't even know it!!!
