I FINALLY E-MAILED THEM AND THEY SAID SHE HAD TO SECURE SOME KIND OF PRIVACY THING ON HER CREDIT CARD. AFTER SHE CALLED VISA THEY TOLD HER SHE WAS NOT ELIGIBLE TO DO THIS. THIS IS BEGINNING TO BECOME REALLY FRUSTRATING??
