How soon is too soon to love??

Alright folks,

As most of you know I seem to date a lot of women and usually don't date them long. I like to attribute it to the fact that I'm extremely picky. My father has been married several times, has never been faithful, is disrespectful to women in general, and to be honest I've always hated him for it. I have never "settled" for a girl because I want more than anything to have ONE wife and I'm in no hurry to have that.

I am extremely compulsive and tend to fall for women fast, but only if they are ideal to me. If a girl is irresponsible, airheaded, or spoiled I automatically never talk to them again. I think ya'll get my point, so on to the point..

I have met a girl who is 21 (I'm 26 and always date older women b/c of their maturity) and she has been married and has a 13 month old daughter. By virtue of having been married and supporting a child, she really has her head on straight. I have only been in love one time before, but I am absolutely crazy about this girl and the feeling is mutual w/her. My question is, should I feel psycho since I've only known her two weeks and I want to tell her I love her? She makes me feel like such a softy and I think about her all the time.

I haven't mentioned the "L" word and I don't think I will but it just almost comes out naturally. Is this crazy??

Do whatever you feel is best. But know it's always good in the beginning. It's later things go bad when older issues resurface. So have a great time and enjoy it while you can. Also only your last love (the one you grow old and die with) is the one that works out. Till then have fun.

Date her for at least a year or two before going and talking marriage - you owe that to yourself, to her, and to that little girl whose heart would be broken if things got real serious and then didn't work out.

You want to be married only once, right? So use your head. You don't really even know who she is yet - give it some time. Trust me.

Don't mistake that euphoric in love feeling for real love. Give it time, you only just met her. You are feeling that new excitement mixed with sexual chemistry......

I KNEW SHE WAS MARRIED, BUT I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE LIVING SEPERATLY. I TOLD A FRIEND THAT I WAS GONNA MARRY THAT GIRL. HE LAUGHED. IN THE FOLLOWING THREE WEEKS, I LEARNED THAT THEY WERE LIVING SEPERATLY, WE HAD A COUPLE OF TALKS, WENT ON OUR FIRST DATE, I TOLD HER I LOVED HER, AND SHE MOVED IN WITH ME (I LIVED WITH MY PARENTS)! IT WAS A LITTLE BUMPY AT FIRST. SHE WAS A LITTLE CONFUSSED AND MOVED BACK INTO HER DAD'S. I would say even if you feel it, maybe hold off a few more weeks to verbalize it. two weeks sounds a tad too early..... There is a difference in being in love and telling someone you love them.

i tell the girl i see that i love her and I have only known her about 2 months.... i doubt we will ever fall in love.... i dont think i want to be in love with this one...... but there is no doubt in my mind that I love her. I waited a couple extra weeks after I initially wanted to tell her.

I have to say, me and my hubby didn't listen to anyone when they said we would never last.....we have been together since the first day we met 17 yrs ago! There have been some rocky patches, but we manage to talk them through and keep it together.......day by day!!

LOL...WE NEVER REALLY EVEN CAME CLOSE. WE ARGUE, AND SHE IS ITALIAN AND VERY PASSIONATE , AND I'M AN IRISH SMARTASS, SO WE GET IN SOME PRETTY EPIC BATTLES, LOL....BUT, THE DIVORCE THING IS NOT AN OPTION FOR US. WE CAN WORK THROUGH ALL.
