I saw on the news this morning that they are trying to organize another march and are telling all the youth to not go to school that day along with a boycott of all the other professions blah, blah, blah so that the American will see how much it really hurts us.

Amnesty for some workers is fine because some came here by waiting in the line and doing things the way our government intended but the rest of them did it ILLEGALLY. I have been in the commercial construction industry as well and met many good christian gringo's that were illegally here from mexico. But just because they are good guys and shiot, they still broke the law and should be deported. PERIOD. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Well if thats the case then the native Americansare the only ones with a right to work here correct...i mean we were imigrants...all of us. THAT IS WHAT AMERICA WAS BUILT ON.....IMMIGRANTS!

Solid man I usually see eye to eye with you on things but I f'n hate when people say they do jobs nobody wants. First of all construction jobs pay very well and a lot of people DO want those jobs. I know personally from working in the construction field that those scumbags are driving down wages, meanwhile the cost of living is skyrocketing. I really don't give a flying sheot if joe blow wants to save some money by having pedro build his damn house! If you don't believe in america and americans doing these jobs then get the F out! I shouldn't have to struggle being in the construction industry because some idiot that's illegally in my country will take the job for pennies on the dollar. How would any of you like if some Japanese or something illegally came and starting stealing your jobs? You'd probably be up in arms. But because it's not effecting you personally you can give a flying sheot! How about standing up for the rights of your fellow americans and stop being such self absorbed saps!

The problem I have with the situation is we have been ignoring the enforcement of our immigration laws for years, suggesting it is ok to come here illegally. Now 12 - 13 million illegal immigrants are here, through our lack of enforcement. I think America should bare part of the responsiblity for the situation but I don't think we should grant amnesty to criminals either. I think they should pay a price for breaking the law, penalties for not paying income taxes and they should be required to pay those income taxes on the work they have done here. We should give them a few years to pay thier debt and if they are unable or unwilling to do so - ship them back.

First we need a wall though!

There are people all over the world waiting to get a change at coming to this country and I dont think its fair that since these people cave to this country illegally we should give them frount of the line passes that is BS! My dad had to come to this country with legal papers and it took year for it to happen. If you support illegals coming to this country you are also supporting terrorism. If an illegal can find a way into this country without being documented how hard would it be for a terrorist.

I saw lots of people coming over from mexico illegally to have their kids here, why? Because it allows the child to become a citizen as well as it allow the family the ability to apply for government services. If you want to give your all your social security funds away to illgals be my guest but I would like to retire before I am 70.

I wrote a paper on illegals and th impact on california based on all facts if anyone is interested in reading it. It looks at the impact of hospitals and all the closures due to illegals not paying for services and such things like that.

Yes we are all immigrants in some form or another but there is a way of coming to a country and being legal.

I don't like it either. You can't just sit down and help yourself to dessert because you managed to sneak past the maitre'de (or however you spell it). Its not like this is a new idea - we closed our borders decades ago. We have laws here, and if you are awarded a visa, then be my guest to go out there and get whatever job you can. But they don't just want to stay and work, they want a citizen's rights and benefits! They already get welfare, and driver's licenses, and now they want free healthcare too? Hello! What responsiblity do we as American taxpayers have to support ILLEGAL aliens? We have enough freeloading citzens already. This is ridiculous.

I'm not saying support Illegal aliens. Hell I'm against government support for law abiding citizens. I'm just thinking it is pretty low to let 12-13 million illegals come over with some being here decades, having children and then America decides, oops, we should have been enforcing our laws - so your being deported but since your kids and grandkids are citizens they get to stay.

Well if you want to be technical there were no laws preventing us from migrating here, so we migrated here legally. We now have laws preventing illegal immigration and that is exactly what they are doing. I don't recall us taking any of the indians construction jobs, or driving down their costs of living! You cannot possibly try to make a connection between what happened to the indians and what's happening today. It's a totally different situation. There wasn't any cost of living then....You farm, you hunt, you live! How many people do you know that farm, hunt, and live without having to use money of any sort, or pay taxes, or pay for healthcare? Get real bro!

Regardless Noone should be allowed here illegally. There is so many problems that are caused by having illegals here it isn't even funny.

First of all, every illegal that is in this country is driving illegally. That means that if you are driving a brand new BMW, and some scumbag that couldn't immigrate to our country legally, decides to blow a red light, and smash into your new bimmer then you are responsible for the damages caused to your car and medical bills caused from said accident. Since illegals don't have a License, and don't have insurance your rates will go up since it will come out of your insurance. Then if you get seriously injured (if not killed) because of the accident you go broke paying the medical bills, or else it will destroy your credit!

There was a perfect example on tv about a month ago here in Florida. There was a legal mexican immigrant that came LEGALLY into this country and worked his butt off. He became a detective and worked for the force for 20 years. He was the Mayors personal body guard on off duty hours. After escorting the Mayor from some meeting he went on his way home. He ended up getting T Boned by a car with 2 ILLEGALS driving that blew a red light. They left the scene and were later caught. This cop that migrated here legally died at the scene. So how is it fair to this guy that came here legally, that he was killed because of some morons that shouldn't have been here in the first place?

This isn't a rare occurence either! This stuff happens all the time! I was in a traffic jam on the Turnpike when a van full of Illegals almost ran me over. Long story short I got assaulted and he got arrested. They let the guy go and later found out he was an illegal immigrant. I since have recieved nearly $2000 in medical bills from that assault. Being that I don't have health insurance it went on my credit report. How is it fair that my credit is now ruined, and I have to pay high interest rates because of some scumbag Illegal that shouldn't have been here in the first place?

See the point that everyone is missing is this. Immigration is fine if it is done legally. I don't see anything wrong with people immigrating to our country through the proper channels. My mother and father in law Immigrated here from Canada and had to wait for green cards and such. There's nothing wrong with that. They don't live off the system. They actually are the hardest working people I've ever met in my life. I've also met some mexican families that moved here legally and are very hard working people. Again nothing wrong with them being here because they don't live off our system. They also don't pose harm to others financially like illegals do! Illegals come here and exploit our country then expect us to change our language. You don't see the legal immigrants trying to change our language. It's this new band of Illegals that come to OUR country and complain about OUR laws.

Well if you don't like our laws don't come here!

Also if you don't plan on learning our language don't come here!

You say that only 1% of Illegals cause crime. I say open your freaking eyes!

So your saying when you watch America's most wanted you don't see a pattern? You don't see that a high percentage of Illegal immigrants end up being criminals?

Are you saying that people don't die on a daily basis in car accidents that resulted from an Illegal? Is it fair to the family that they lost their loved one and get no retribution because the Illegal has no assets or insurance? Is it fair when they didn't belong here in the first place?

Are you saying women aren't raped all the time by Illegal immigrants?

Are you saying that there isn't a huge amount of theft from Illegals?

Sure I know your response will be that other people commit those crimes too. Well figure this into your numbers.......If those Illegals were prevented from ever entering this country how much less crime would there be? How many less deaths would there be? How many people wouldn't be financially drained because of stuff caused by illegals? That's what the point is!

I think we need to deport every single Illegal and put up a wall. Make them come here legally like the rest of the world does! Give us your tired, your hungry, your poor. Sure they mean legally! I think people that read that the other way need a serious lesson in comprehension!

Chevrolet Silverado built here in the good ol USA although I know alot of the parts are purchased from overseas...It's the closest thing to buying American I can get!
