Tribal casinos are raking in millions of TAX FREE dollars,..the casino here has bought our gym now ! Membership was $45 bucks per couple, now its $50 bucks per person ! we have two gyms here but this is the only gym you can get big in, eg; squat rack, t-bar, olympic weights. The new "state of the art" community center gym sucks balls ! jus machines, lots of mirrors, neon lighting and some dumbells. Where is all this money going ? anybody know ? S#it, these people live in lil pre-fab shacks ! I have yet to see a native american school teacher, judge, dishwasher, store clerk...? so whats the deal ? Maby once in a blue moon will I ever see a native american here, where are all these "poor" folks anyway ? Guess it's time to put together a home gym... Btw kma and keep your gym !!

It's cheaper to put together your own home gym anyway. I paid $99 for a 300lbs olympic weight set at Sports authority, $99 for a really nice bench that does incline, decline, and flat with a leg curl at the end that accomodates olympic plates, ez bar & Tri bar cost $80 together, and my weight stand cost $20. and a db set for $30. That's all you really need and it costs less than the price of a usualy year membership at a gym.Originally posted by mtnmedic
I also have a body solid hyper extension machine but that was more for my wife than for myself. But those cost about $200 and I think are well worth the money. Good luck with the new gym bro!

Thanks bra, I just need to make some room is all. Besides, I can listen to my jams and not have to wait or have a piece of equipment taken over by some kid. I will miss being around other folks though.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

They serve booze here ($4.50 for a longneck), but ya gotta drink it upstairs at the lounge. Hell, even at the REO concert I was told to stay in my seat and be quiet or I'd be asked to leave. Screw'em !Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

I know a 33 year old "chief" of a tribe near my home...he gets paid 6,500.00 a month just be be a "chief"...he isn't in charge of anyhing, he does basicly nothing at his res and works securtiy at the casino ( wich he gets paid more for) he probably rakes in 9k a month, has a free home, free land, no utilities, a part time job ( as a chief and a security guard) and like i said, he does jack shit all day, everyday...
