Kiddin aside....
the pain isnt a sharp pain...its a dull fullness....felt worse when doing abdominal raisers versus crunches. Sometimes when doing crunches..I can feel almost a click. distended gallbladder?Comment

I'm not sure but that sounds like what my abs felt like when they ripped and my guts poked through from a hernia.

mine was an inguinal and felt pretty much the same as you are describing.
