If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

You'll never get results by being nice and pleasant with assholes.
But pain is a very good method. People remember PAIN!
The gym I used towork at had the same problem. We started watching and found out who the culprits were. We politely told them in private that we had seen them leaving the machines loaded and not returing the db's to the rack.
They were told that there would be one more warning after this. After the second warning, we would not say anything to them,but there would be a charge on their dues for unloading and returning the weights to there proprer places from that point forward. We charged 50 cents per plate and 1.00 per db.
Had a few that didn't think we would do it. Surprise!!! when they had an extra 150.00 added to their bill, they started to believe. If they refused to pay, they were suspended untill paid in full.
Caught a lot of crap, but didn't have the problem any more
