  • I HAVE NO CHEST!!!!

    Hey guys, im looking for some great chest building tips, i have tried every thing, i've even had a few personal trainers but all they suggest is to go heavy, i have tried that but not got any real gains, my best bench is 2 sets of 6 at 310 lbs, i am 182 lbs 11% bf but whatever i do i cant seem to build my chest, its really getting me down to the point where i feel like throwing the towel in, i have alos been told by a few ppl that i need to build solid foundations first, by doing more reps at moderate weight, tried that and still nothing, i've been training for 4 years now and have been upto220 lbs with the help of some aas but at the moment im clean, would really appreciate some help here guys.

        On the real though, are you mostly training with the barbell? Do you do dumbell presses both flat and incline? I feel my chest gets more pumps and growth with incline dumbell presses than anything else. Have you tried weighted dips? Also due to your genetics it may take a little extra time. Just keep working on it and don't give up.

                        It could just be your genetics bro. You look very lean and proportionate in that pic. How did you go from 220lbs down to 182? Was it on purpose? To me your chest matches your size. There is nothing wrong with you. Do you have a pic of when you were 220lbs?

                          my routine is pretty good, or so i think, i work chest and tri's on same day, start off with
                          incline bench, then straight into incline flyes, @ 4x8 each,
                          flat bench db press straight into peck deck fly @ 5x6 each
                          decline bench 3x8 heavy
                          tri pull down 4x12
                          dips 3x20
                          Pain is just weakness leaving the body

                            Do you do heavy squats? Squats will pack on overall mass like nothing else. Aside from that, check your routine and make some adjustments. One thing that has worked well for myself and others that I know is on bench day hit bb bench for 5x5 (that's all you can handle for those sets, no *****footing around) followed up with 3-4 sets of incline db work in the 10-12 rep range. If you feel up to it hit some db flies afterwards.
