I saw a Discovery Channel show about lipo. They showed it actually being done. Yes, a ton of fat was removed, but the womans stomach looked very "lumpy" to me after she was completely healed. Even though she no longer had a fat stomach at all...she dropped like 5 inches in her waistline, it didn't look attractive to me at all.
According to the special the doctor's skill is very important....not only their skill, but their patience. If they do it quickly just to get it over with, it will appear more lumpy.....if they take their time and be meticulous about it, it will look better.
