I'm feeling the need to lose 25 lbs and get down to 225 lbs and work on the big three. I'll be ripped at 225 lbs.

Id say stay at 200 pounds and get down to 6-8% bf, as far as weights go, I want to increase strength in everything by at least 10%, hopefully get my bench up to 350, squat up bout 30 pounds and DL 405 for 1 rep. that would all be great, mainly shooting for the lower bodyfat though without weight loss.
umm im not setting goals with numbers.... just want to improve on how I look. I lost a bunch of weight when my wife split on me.... some muscle , some fat... but all in all i look pretty lean and good..... if i could keep the fat off while putting a few lb back on i would be happy....... I more judge by the mirrior than the scale. Besides i never wanted to be huge..... just want some size with tone.

I wouldn't mind droping a little bodyfat but if not it's all good. I'm not fat by any means but honestly at my age and being married I really have no good reason to have to diet way down and be totally shredded. My wife likes the way I am now just fine
ok coming off in 2 weeks and now i weigh at 229, and i probalby would drop to 215, and stay around there..hard and tight.
hop back on mid july and blow up to 240 and get my bench back at up at 475 for 3 reps and i'am hoping my shoulder will be better as well
