It takes months to get acclimated to where you can train like you do at this alttitude. That's why the US Olympic Training Center is here, it's tough to train at this alttitude. Even the greatest athletes have trouble when they get over 4,000. Hell, we're over 50% higher than that. We have Garden of the Gods Park and Pikes Peak within 20 minutes of my house. Not to mention, I can be in Breckenridge or Vail in 2 and 1/2 hours.
I don't mean to be rude, but Miami does nothing for me. Too damn hot and humid. AND TOO many fags for my taste. If I was going to pick a tropical place, it would have to be.....thinking.....thinking....oh who am I kiding, I'm livign in my dream place and don't care to live anywhere else. I'll visit the beach when i need a dose of that, but I'd much rather live in the mountains. Clean air, clean water and no huricanes.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I like where I am now, I have the beach to my left and the Cascades to my right. Otherwise it would be Kauaii.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
