Hello everyone, Im a forum user at 600rr.net, and thanks to O2besohuge, I found this place.
Im a freshman in highschool, and never really got into working out. No matter what I tryed, it was just too boring for me to keep doing for a long time. I would work out for a few days, get bored and then stop for a few weeks before doing it all over again.
Then, about a week ago, I picked up the book Getting Stronger by Bill Pearl. Since then, Ive been working out an hour a night, every other night. Ive been keeping a table of my progress, and thats keeping me into it.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself, and if anyone has any help or advice, Id be more than happy to hear it.
