1-3 tbl spoons 1-2 times a day is what most take! It tastes nasty, they have pills and i take the pills and it works great!

I've been taking 3 tbs a day since AOM mentioned it about a month ago. Two things i have noticed from it is less headaches, I used to take 800mgs of ibuprofen twice a day for as long as i can remember and now only take 400 mgs every other day. The other is not having any reaction to shaving wich i have had since the day i started to shave....Comment

I take a shot glass full per day. You can mix it in water, or just "man up" (as someone else put it) and drink it straight. Yep, me too! its amazing! Do you use organic or just any ole apple cider vineger? I use organic, i think its a little less harsh lol...I take a swig of it and then drink a glass of cranberry juice...wipes out the taste completely.Originally posted by angryoldman

No kidding pally. I used to live on prevacid. My heart burn was severe. So I read somewhere that Apple cider vinegar is a cure all for many ailments. I even read some medical doctor testimonials about it. Doctors actually telling their patients to take it! So I tried it. Boom, within 2 weeks, my heartburn was gone. I just started using the stuff myself along with raw honey which is supposed to help with allerigies. It's only been a week so it's still too early to tell if either is doing anything yet, but I'll give it about a month and see what if any changes I notice.Comment
