well i'am dieiting for 14-16 weeks.... and this diet is only for the first 6 weeks of my diet and the other 10 weeks can't post it up(different diet and can't just spill all my secrets)
7 am: 5 serving of eggs beaters
2 packets of oatmeal flavored
10am : 80 grams of protein and yogurt smoothie
12:30: baked potatoes, 10 oz of chicken or steak and salad
3:30. take ur supplenmts and 32 0z of gatorade, bannana and 80 grams of protein
6 workout
745: same as 12:30 u can alternate chicken to steak, or baked potatoe to cup of rice and salad
10 pm: tuna and brocolli
