lol...I don't know. I have skinny wrists and skinny ankles. I do work my wrists but they never grow. Well I'm not a fighter I'm really laid back. The only times I got into fights in middle school or high school I always got the person in a choke hold which they couldn't get out of until I felt like letting go. Or I just grab them and slam them on the desk or against the wall. Fight over!!!

Guys, I have a very average body. No need to get curious, plus, I don't have the famous brazilian type. I SO WISH I had.... I so wish I had gotten my mother's family genes for a big round butt but I didn't. I got my father's looks. I look like a russina farm girl. I have a strong build, a pretty waist, but stocky legs and a flat ass!!! Ahahah

But just wait until I get ripped and then I will post pics.
