  • MEAL PLAN?

    I'M LOOKING TO GET SOME SUGGESTIONS AND IF I COULD GET AT LEAST ONE GOOD MEAL (CLEAN MEAL) FROM A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF PEEPS ON HEAR I THINK I WOULD BE IN GOOD SHAPE, BASICALLY I EAT THE SAME THING EVERYDAY AND HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME EX: HAS ANYONE EVERY READ THE ANIMAL PRODUCTS AD IN FLEX... WERE IT STARTS OUT I WILL NOT PUKE, I WILL NOT PUKE... WELL I THINK I WROTE THAT AD, CHEW CHEW WATER SWALLOW REPEAT. I CAN BARELY GET MY MEALS DOWN IT'S SO BAD.

    CURRENTLY:
    BREAKFAST: WHOLE WHEAT TOAST PROTEIN SHAKE, W/ BANANA
    SNACK: FRUIT
    LUNCH:WHOLE WHEAT CHICKEN SNADWICH COTTAGE CHEESE
    SNACK: PROTEIN SHAKE W/ CHERIOES
    DINNER:CHICKEN BREASTS COTTAGE CHEESE OR JUST BURGER & COT. CHS. OR PLAIN STEAK & COT. CHEESE
    SNACK: PROTEIN SHAKE

    I'M NO CHEF SO THE SHIT IS COOKED AND THATS IT NO ADDITIVES.
    THE ARE OCCASIONALLY OTHER THING ADDED TO GET MY TOTAL INTAKE WERE IT NEEDS TO BE (PROTEIN BARS...) BUT THAT IT FOLKS BEEN EATING THAT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS NOW. SEE MY POINT, ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE VERY MUCH APPRICIATED.

    I FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT EGGS!! EVERY MORNING FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS...2WHOLE EGGS, 4 SERVINGS OF EGG WHITES (BUY THEM AT A GROCERY) 1-2 BOWL LOW SUGAR FLAVORED OATMEAL, OJ AND MILK.
    MICROWAVE THE EGGS BRO, AND GET SOME SALSA.

    ALBACORE TUNA FILLETS ARE WEARING ME OUT ALSO...YOU CAN GET THEM BY THE CAN TUNA ISLE...LEMON PEPPER, MESQUITE...JUST NUKE I'LL EAT THEM COLD TOO) AND HAVE SOME WHOLE GRAIN TOAST WITH...
    HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

      You can get individually wrapped salmon steaks at the grocery store in the freezer section...they aren't too bad and you can defrost them in 5/10 min in cold water then bake them for 10-15min @ 350.. i usually make brown rice (boil in bag brand) add a pinch of salt and alittle real butter wont kill you! Ad some seasoning to the rice too......... a little lemon on the salmon is good...
      then make a vegie.... i always buy fresh or frozen..NEVER canned..too much sodium!

      you can get a little creative....i think there are some cool recipes on www.bodyforlife.com ?? (look for the logo for approved recipes)

      I live on tuna too. and chicken...and salsa is a good low fat marinate or you can get low fat ceasar dressing to marinate chicken or steak!

          TRAM - I don`t see any greens in your diet.. any salads , asparagus or broccoli ?

          I would also add some oatmeal in the breakfast.. and some beef for the dinner.

            eggs, tuna, peanut butter, nuts (almonds, cashews..etc), caramel rice cake!!! Salmon is excellent if you season it right!
            NO PAIN, NO GAIN
