    is the number of calories a woman burned off here on our cardio equipment last year. she keeps a journal and tracks everything. 290 workouts! she has lost 135 pds in year and half !
    If bigger is better then im better than ever !

        i burned about 36 calories doing cardio last year. she beat me by a little bit

                  Thats cool that she shared the info with you. You should probably write up and article, post up before and after pics and have her say a few things. Then put it up on your bulletin board for the rest of your members to see.

                  One of my former PT clients (now her own PT) lost 120 lbs in about the same amount of time as your lady did. She entered and won a contest in Shape Magazine (2 years ago) and i have all her stuff on the Trainers wall with her bio and such...It inspires alot of people to actually have someone they look up to having been in the same situation they are and succeeding. The beofore and after pics amaze people!

                    Great idea, Nate! It's a great motivator for the rest of the club, especially when the other patrons get to SEE the person everyday and realize that benefits are reaped with hard work, dedication, and determination.
