Space, if he is not letting anything show, then there is not much you can do about it. Have you asked the ppl complaining what they find offensive, if they are there to workout? Hell, where i live, even if you were to tell a gay person to tone it down, they might take it as discrimination and file a civil suit. I don't personally condone the gay lifestyle, but then again it is their business how they want to live, and i would not have any prob being a friend to, or going out with anyone male or female that is gay, and i do. Now if hes flaunting it, then thats another story alltogether. Some ppl give "gay" a bad rap, but from what you are saying he isn't really doing that.

If someone complains, then say "you know, I have people who hate seeing men in spandex and hairy men in tank tops. I can't run a gym and be the fashion police at the same time. As long as he isnt bothering people let him alone. Dont even bring it up. If members have a problem with it then explain that he pays the same fees to workout here as they do and he is human, just as they are.

The only prob I would have with it is if he were staring and guys while they change or shower. That could be uncomfortable. Only at that point should he be confronted, otherwise let the guy alone.

ok people this is a serious question so lets try and be mature about this!

ok here at the gym i got a lil problem developing..we got a young guy that comes in to workout..he is gay. openly about it. now he dont dress say bad but he will wear womens shorts or tops etc. we are starting to get complaints about it...what should i do ? any ideas?
