I know an old lady got one in the spine and said it hurt, but i don't know about the neck. Maybe he can give you a pain med. -

Although I dont give epidurals...but I do assist in them for childbirth/delivery. The initial stick is painful and then a small wire is placed up the spine to disperse the medication. Its uncomfortable
but everyone's pain tolerance is different.

THEY SAID THERE PUTTING ME UNDER WITH A LOCAL.THIS REALLY SCARES ME BECAUSE MY WIFES UNCLE WENT IN TO GET ONE AND A WEEK LATER HE DIED OF A STAPH INFECTION.Disclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world. My wife had the demarol twice intraveiniously when she had endoscopys done,and all she did was laugh afterwards and very sleepy. You wont even care once they put that stuff in your iv Fuzz.Comment

I had my hand smashed one time with several broken bones and the nurse hooked me up to the demoral and I didn't care about anything. I convinced her to take my boots off cause I couldn't move and while she was doing it I was like look you might want to back up because im about to fart and its goin to smell. She turned 10 shades of red couldn't quit laughing the whole time.

WELL I DIDN'T GET WHAT YOUR GETTING I DON'T THINK BUT IT HURT LIKE A MOTHER ******. I RECIEVED CORTIZONE SHOT, REASONING THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD CHILL OUT MY TENSION HEADACHES, NEEDLE ABOUT 6" INSERTED IN THE BASE OF MY SKULL AS SOON AS HE STUCK ME I WAS OUT LIKE A LIGHT THE PAIN WAS INSANE, I HAVE A HIGH TOLERANCE FOR PAIN BUT THIS WAS FUCKED. HE STARTED W/ THE NEEDLE NO NUMING OR LOCAL OR WHATEVER JUST TAKE IT, IT FELT LIKE HE WENT IN ABOUT AN INCH AND I STARTED SWEATING INSTANTLY AND BEFORE I COULD REACT I WAS UNCONCIOUS I WOKE UP ON THE FLOOR TO THE DOCTOR YELLING NURSE NURSE NURSE, I DON'T REMEBER MUCH I DON'T EVEN REMEBER IF HE FINISHED THE SHOT.
