Never read it bro, sorry. I'm a huge fan of him, hell yea. My dad had a karate school for almost 26yrs(look at my baby pics to see) and I always grew up around his philosophy(my father followed it very well) on training and even ED life.

I'm more of a movie watcher though. I Know that his books are inspiring to say the least. How is it? Let me know and I may buy it....Like I've said before, so sad he was taken away from us. Could you imagine him being alive and now that there's so much interest from around the world with martial arts?!

Well its a book about his training routines with weights and his nutrition. He was a really impressively built guy at 5'8" 135lbs. Yes for some reason I've been drawn to him lately, been watching most of his movies (when I can find them) and came across this book. It's not written by him but it has alot of his notes and things all put together in it. Yes the guy was phenominal to say the least !

Bruce had a physique unlike no other for sure. That guy was supper strong or should I say he knew how to use his strength when it was needed. My father read most of his books, I was child back then and only knew little about Bruce Lee. As I got older, I looked back on my fathers day when he had his Karate school and only wish I would of given more attention to the sport.

I'm back into the Martial Arts with Gracie School over here in Miami and love it, very different from back in the day though. As you know, these days MMA has taken over the Martial Arts world.
