Mike when is the last time you took a break from aas. You are running your immune system down. You need to detox. Get a good colon cleanse, drink plenty fluids and rest.

bro , i know what u mean..but its not from aas...... been on for 4 months and half, well 5 now.. and i know when i'am sick from the weather or aas..like 2 days agon temp was high 35 andlast nite, high 55 and 2day back to 39...thaht is waht messing me up

I was having the same problems a few months ago. Some may remember my thread on Immune system. Since then Mikey I started taking 1140mgs Echinacea and 2000mgs Vit C ed and I've had cold/sinus symptoms flare up for a day or so but not experiencing anything like I was before taking this....Its cheap and worth a try.
