    EVERY TIME I GET STRESSED OUT LIKE A ***** DUE TO MY FUING RELATIONSHIP...I START BREAKING OUT ON MY FOREHEAD...(BADLY)

                Vitamin C, it helps to calm you down. Also, 5-HTP will help too if it's more severe. If you lose your cool too much you are probably low in seritonin or one of your endorphines. When those chemicals are normal people handle stress much better.
                I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
