Sucks!!!! I got the bug yesterday. I woke up feeling like total crap. I did a little work and then went to bed from 10 to 3. Then I had to go do an appraisal and then back to bed. I think I got about 60 grams of protein in yesterday. I made myself drink one shake. I didn't want to but I had to. Then I spent a hour trying to keep it down. I bet I lost atleast 5 pounds yesterday. I got this morning and I look like I haven't trained in months. LOL. I'm supposed to hit back today, but I just don't know if I want to. Deads aren't looking to fun right now.

I got that bug about a month and a half ago. Its not fun bro, i feel for ya. I lost, and no lie 8lbs during a 4 day stint of it. If you can't eat don't force yourself, it will just make you more nausea. Only thing i could do that would help is eat saltine crackers and Vernors Ginger Ale. It seems to help and eathing some canned fruit cottail the Dole one in the plastic bottle off and on. Its just something that you have to wade out.

Mick's always got good advice. Don't force yourself to work out because if you work out when your sick your immune system will be weaker. I've read studies that suggested that after you work out your immune system is weaker. I'm guessing because your body is trying to repair itself. So let your body fix itself and then go extra hard at the weights the next week. Hope ya get better bro.

I had that crap 3 weeks ago. Was barfing my brains out and then pissing out my ass for 3 days. Felt like a huge pile of donkey she-it!!! I slept as much as possible. Ate small amounts of bananas, crackers, chicken noodle soap, gatarade and water, water, water. Good luck.

Mine was funny. Extreame nausea, but no runs or vomiting, just felt very lethargic and nausea for 4 days. I did same thing, at first trying to eat normally, but it didn't work, made my nausea worse. So what i did was no heavy training, did alittle cardio only. Hardly ate nothing but the saltine crakers, vernors, and off and on the cold fruit cottail. It won't let me spell the fruit ****tail? i guess it is a dirty word, lol.

Well, mine is usually a 1 day thing. Yesterday I felt like total crap, today I fell a lot better. I'm probably about 80% today. It's always been that way with me, I get it for 1 to 1 1/2 days. I've already eaten two meals today and everything seems better. I'll skip the gym for sure. I'm not going to bother if I'm just going to perform poorly.
Diggi - I've read similar things too. The body is very taxed post workout. In a perfect world, the best thing to do post workout would be eat and then a nap. But yeah, no gym today. I would just end up wasting my workout.

Hit me Tuesday after lunch. Was out,away from the office. Didn't think I would make it back in time.Had it for about 24 hours. Lost about 5 lbs.
Made the worlouts this week suckPush it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
