I use Crest White Strips. Works great and it's relatively cheap.

Yup, my wife used to be a dental asst and she said that people who used those looked almost as good as people who got the real thing done at the dentist for hundreds of dollars.

Same here, the crest white strips. I used about half the pack and they worked great.

check ebay for kits. cheaper, easier, and they work way better. look for the kits that have the same gel that dentists use. crest white strips work but damn they are a pain in the ass.

ebay.. 16% peroxide... stuff that dentists use and try sell u for 100's of bucks.. cheap on ebay.. same shit

Something else. Basically on Ebay you can find the same gels that dentists use for very very cheap. I don't think I paid more than 15 bucks for the tube I got, and I've had it for years. Works ten times better than anything else I've ever tried, be careful because it's almost too strong.

I looked and the one I have says USdentalcom or USdental.com on the tube, can't tell which it is cause the label's kind of worn off... does that help? it came with trays too, you put them in hot water and form them to fit your mouth, then put the gel in the trays.

I've used opalescence with a tray that you wear at night. It was an amazing difference. My teeth went from pirate yellow to stark white. It's been years since I've bleached them and they are still noticeably white. People still comment on them (although I'm due for another round of bleaching!)

I paid $400 for a tray just for the top teeth and 8 syringes that lasted me about 3 years. I bought that back in 2000. I've looked on the yahoo search engine for this product and have found it for as low as $30 (if you have a tray).

Many friends and exes tried the crest whitening stuff and their results weren't even comparable to mine. Not only that but they started out with whiter teeth than me to begin with and still couldn't get them even close to as white as mine. Honestly I think the Crest stuff is a waste of money.

I think the crest whitestrips are a waste of money too. Not enough results for the money and pain-in-the-assness.

you want the one that's carbamide peroxide i think... i can't tell if mine is 16% or 22% though...
