I'm dealing with this BS company out of Cali, go figure, that is trying to get out of paying me because they were too stupid to put my fee for the appraisal on the HUD. This ***** is telling me 'sorry'. BS. I just blew up at her. The ***** is a total phukin idiot. Let me explain, when you do a loan for a clien you are not allowed, under any cicumstance, to release their personal information (ss#, accounts, account #'s, etc) to anyone other than the lender. Well, when this stupid ***** sent me the contract she sent me these peoples entire personal records. No shit, I have their SS#'s, their bank account #'s, their credit card #'s, their credit score, you name it I have it. So I just left this ***** an email telling her I will take all this info to her client and inform the State of Cali and HUD about what she did! I'm so pissed. Where do people get off thinking they can just not pay a person for the service they hired you to do? I so wish I could be a fly on the wall when she realizes how bad she phuked up. LOL At this point, I might even tell her client anyways. Just to make a point. LOL

She must be new at real estate (im guessing). I would call the clients anyway just to let them know that their agent is a dumbass. Even if the deal falls through you dont want that shiot falling back in your lap.

That's the thing, the deal is closed! I'm the only one who hasn't gotten paid and she's the idiot who processed the loan and forgot to put my fee on the HUD. Now she has this 'sorry' attitude. Of course, she has always been quick about returning emails and she hasn't responded yet so I'm assuming she freaking out. Her entire company could be totally screwed if their client finds out they gave me the private information. That's like you finding out your bank gave me your SS#, account #, CC#'s, etcs. You could sue the hell out of your bank for that. Not to mention, they feds could take action too because the bank is FDIC. She's screwed! Well, she also let a voice mail as was a total kiss ass because of the fact I have them by the balls. It is soooo illegal for them ro release their clients private info and they weren't responding to any of my emails, calls or the Realtor's calls until I threatened them. Then all of a sudden they are willing to help.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

A company does a good job, you may or may not tell a friend. They do a bad job, you tell all of your friends! I say go for it and tell the people they gave out thier info, that way they'll make sure they never refer any business to a company that operates like that! Total BS bro, hope you get your $$$Comment

I would email her that if you do not receive your monies in total by Tues business end FedExed overnight, that you will not only take action with your lawyer, but inform on her illegalities. I would first try to contact her boss. Sometimes a simple letter from an attorney is all that is needed, but that can be done later if the threat doesn't work. Thanks for the support! I agree, I should tell their client anyways. I will see where things are on Monday and then make my next move. Last year I wrote off almost 3,000 in losses from unpaid debt. This year it's been zero unpaid invoices and I'll been damned if I'm going to get this close to a perfect collection year and have someone like this phuk it up.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
