what magazine comparos are you reading...........the hondas might not be the best at everything but they are the best all around and IMO the best quality made product

Yeah thats what everybody tells me. Plus honda has some technology that others don't have. For example their electronic steering damper on the 1000rr. All the magazines usually have it last in comparison tests, but they all say that it is a well balanced bike.

I feel the same.
Honda bikes are mostly reliable even if there are some weak points (on VFR electricity for exemple). Then they are very pleasant bike to ride and I think the design is the same.

the 04 shoot out for 600's rated the yamaha and the honda the almost equal. they said that the yamaha performs better onthe street and the cbr was better on the track. niehter of the bikes ratedd the best in everything but were basically where all areas meet. i wanted a 600rr before i got the R6. glad to see u got it.
u sold the gxr for 5500? and didnt u get it cheap as hell. I would have took it off your hands.
