1000lbs of weights, a power rack and a damn good squat bar so I can get my detached garage in order and start building my home gym where me and the guys will meet to train as hardcore as we want.

Yea, we just moved back into my hometown. Bought a house that had a dettached garage that has heat, air, radio with decent sound system, ceiling fan, tv hookup, etc...plenty of space and its only for the garage..my Harley and smaller car will be in the other garage attached to house.
Back training with my old partners again and the plans are in motion to have this thing going by march/april. I can't wait. No more foo-foo commercial gyms..Comment
