I agree Fuzz! I know women are proud to show they are a mother and all, but to me its alittle much to have to feel they have to have that much attention, when they can do it in private.

I don't think there is anything wrong with breastfeeding in public. Its the most natural thing there is - next to sex. Americans have somehow decided that breasts are dirty and inappropriate. But I can't think of any reason why they should be considered so. Some people say they are offended by this display, and I agree that women should probably cover up with a blanket while feeding. But should mothers be forced to retreat into a bathroom stall just to feed their babies? Should they be confined to their homes if they choose to breastfeed? Mothers have every right to breastfeed their children and they should not be forced or shamed into seclusion to do it.

That is my opinion.

Yea, I'm against you on this one Fuzo. Me and Mrs Angry have a 2 month old. And when he's hungry, he's hungry!! There's no explaining to a baby "Wait until we get home". It's either a crying child, or feed him/her in public. Now, If a woman whips her tit out, nipple and all exposed, that's boarder line stuff there. Mrs. Angry takes a blanket and places it over her chest and Li'l Angry so no one can really see. People KNOW what she's doing, they just can't see it.

i'm undecided on this one; i mean on the one hand it really shouldn't matter, but considering human nature and the typical reaction males have i wouldn't want my wife to do it in public.

It's not a contest of "hey, look at my wifes tits!" It's more of "My son is hungry, he needs to eat!" Any dude that looks at my wifes boobies while she's breat feeding needs to get laid more than once a month.

the mothere should at least put a small blanket or cloth diaper over the babies head and her boobie, not only for privacy but so the baby doesn't get distracted by what is going on around her.

Are we all so immature that we can't handle the simple sight of an exposed breast? Grow up a little and understand the big picture. It's not a woman whipping her tit out and exposing it for fun, it's a MOTHER tending to the needs of her CHILD....Whats wrong with that? She should be praised not crucified! For the most part i'm pretty sure that a woman will try to be private about it but, come on, we who have kids know that this isn't possible all the time.

People complain about crying babies and why the mother sits there and lets it cry....well, think about it for a second while remembering the title of this thread....double standards and hypocrisy abound and it's pretty disgusting if you ask me...
