Anyway, I grew up in Chicago(Hoffman Estates) & New york(Long Island), I've always said the word "kid" to anyone, anytime and anywhere. So, PLEASE don't get offended if I call you "Kid", it's a natural thing for me to do, and there is no way in hell that I'm going to change for anyone, ok kid's he,he,he.
